AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey all you freshmen...mostly not freshmen any more...mostly just sophomores:
Today's homecoming! And I'm losing it! I got up and made brownies earlier this morning which I'm taking to Annie Martin's house when I go for dinner. Then I took a shower, and I just painted my nails. I'm trying desperately not to get bump or ruin them...it's all your faults if I do. I'm heading to annie's house at 3:30 to get ready with her (as in the dress, the makeup, etc.) and then the other girls she invited are coming at like 5:30. We're gonna have a nice dinner and take lots of pictures before we head to the dance at 7. I'm really nervous about that. Actually, I could use your prayers if you think of me. For one, I have NO IDEA how to dance, which I can see becoming a bit of a problem. Plus, I'm just scared of what I'm gonna find. I seriously considered going with a blindfold on so as to avoid things I don't want to see. When I posed this idea to a girl at school, she asked me how I was gonna avoid running into people if I couldn't see..."seeing eye dog", I replied immediately. Can you not just see me doing that? No response, please.
if I make it through the dance alive, I think I'm heading over to the Powell's house for a bonfire with some other girls. That should be fun. I just hope I can find some nice people whom I feel comfortable hanging out with. I don't just want to sit in a corner all night, but i also don't want to get hooked up with the wrong group.
So that's my day in a nutshell. This is really weird. I keep remembering DCS homecoming...Seth doing his best to act a gentleman with Erica, Jay interspersing hysterical comments here and there randomly, Jordan and Joel throwing salad across the table, picking up a spinach leaf and, looking outraged, were just like "What IS this?" Haha!!! Good times. Miss you guys.
